Linden - Frances P. Stonebraker, 75 of Linden died unexpectedly at 7;30 a.m. Saturday in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. She died shortly after being admitted, apparently of a heart attack. Born in Clinton County, Aug 20, 1911 she attended school in Frankfort and had lived in Linden since 1962.  Before that she lived in Darlington and Crawfordsville. Her first marriage was to Howard White. She later married Montel "Stoney" Stonebraker. They owned Linden Restaurant, which she managed, until his death in 1968. She then worked at Tarkington Hall at Purdue University until retiring in 1976. Mrs. Stonebraker was a member of Yountsville Community Church; Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 244; and Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion auxiliaries.  Surviving are a son, Fred White of Linden with whom she made her home; and two brothers, William "Bill" Keedy of Crawfordsville and Glenn Keedy of Indianapolis. - transcribed by kbz
